First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team in Fife. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage allocated projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  2. Comply with current environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policy.
  3. Regularly update management on project progress and potential threats and opportunities.
  4. Complete and maintain all documentation related to health and safety inspections, reports, and other required documentation.
  5. Ensure staff work to required timescales and quality standards, minimizing snagging costs.
  6. Requisition mechanical plant correctly, within budget, and in sufficient time to meet programming requirements.
  7. Assist the Commercial Manager in preparing reports as required by the client.
  8. Ensure effective use of materials to minimize site waste and maintain segregation of materials on site.
  9. Regularly update the Company Director on project progress and potential threats and opportunities.
  10. Act as the main contact point with the Design Team for technical matters related to the contract.
