Job Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical services at Fife, developing positive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  2. Manage onsite technical operation teams, overseeing staffing, training, development, and performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with the account management team to monitor and modify services deliverables in response to changing client business needs.
  4. Establish and review procedure playbooks to ensure consistent performance delivery and continuous improvement.
  5. Implement and manage Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure to clients.
  6. Develop and control an annual OMR budget, including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, project costs, rental expenses, energy management expenses, and project/capital items.
  7. Ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables, including measurable value-add, innovation, continuous improvement, and 'dark green' customer satisfaction feedback.
  8. Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met through the use of CBRE's HSE & Risk systems and processes.
  9. Demonstrate tangible leadership and relationship management skills across primary client stakeholders and CBRE Account team.
  10. The Technical Lead must possess an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Facilities, business or SSHE, or equivalent through experience.
  2. Demonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering.
  3. Ability to lead Change Management programmes.
  4. Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
  5. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style.
  6. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and/or public groups.
  7. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
