Compensation and Benefits Manager Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Head of Pay and Reward to join our dynamic team at UK Atomic Energy Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing pay and reward policies, managing employee compensation packages, and providing advice to senior leaders on remuneration-related matters. You will also lead a team of Pay and Reward specialists and collaborate closely with other specialisms in the People Department in the development of the People agenda on issues such as gender pay and total reward.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of public sector pay policy and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective compensation and benefits strategies.
