About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pay and Rewards Strategist to join our team. As the Head of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for designing and implementing pay and rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement total reward strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes managing salary structures, benefits programs, and other forms of remuneration.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience working in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement pay and rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement total reward strategies

  • Analyze market data and make recommendations to senior leaders
