Job description
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist the youth worker in planning, arranging, and running a successful youth club for young people aged 11-25, a couple of evenings a week.
About you:
- Ability to build good relationships with the young people.
- Capacity to work as part of a team.
- Motivation and enthusiasm to make a positive impact.
- Understanding of the issues affecting young people.
- Willingness to work evenings.
What you will do:
- Assist the youth worker in the successful running of youth club.
- Take responsibility for the safeguarding and welfare of the young people.
- Contribute to the planning of youth projects and activities.
