Youth Programme Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our Youth Worker in planning, arranging, and running a successful youth club for young people aged 11-25.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Youth Worker in the successful running of the youth club.
- Take responsibility for the safeguarding and welfare of the young people.
- Support with the planning of youth projects and activities.
Key Skills:
- Ability to build good relationships with young people.
- Capacity to work as part of a team.
- Motivation and enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Understanding of the issues affecting young people.
- Willingness to work evenings.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Powys County Council area. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and locations within Powys.
