Surgical Team Manager Role

Our practice in Sittingbourne, Kent is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our surgical team as a leader. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £85,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
- 39 hours a week over a 4-day shift pattern
- 5 weeks paid annual leave (FTE)
- 4 weeks paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- CPD Allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD leave (FTE)
