Surgical Team Assistant

As a Surgical Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your duties will include assisting in the preparation of patients for surgery, maintaining accurate records, and participating in the training and development of junior colleagues.
We are looking for an experienced theatre nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Support the surgical team in preparing patients for operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs for junior staff members.
About You:
- You will have at least 2 years of experience as a theatre nurse.
- You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
