Sales Controller Opportunity

Big Motoring World is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Sales Controller. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales revenue
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly
