We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee and manage the operation of our Entertainer stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales and trading performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for sales and trading performance of your trading locations
  • Manage the performance of your team, including annual reviews, company disciplinary procedures, and absence management
  • Effective delivery of store tasks, including deliveries, stock storage, and merchandising standards
  • Build strong working relationships with Tesco management teams and deliver The Entertainer experience in Tesco
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience in analysing reports and interpreting data to react quickly and commercially to influence sales and performance
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • UK driving license preferred due to the multi-site nature of the role
