Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Fitness Superstore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the retail or fitness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
