As a Funeralcare Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our funeral homes, providing funeral plan sales, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting funeral home operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and experience.
  • Coordinating funeral plan sales, memorialisation orders, and aftercare services.
  • Supervising colleagues and inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Collaborating with the Area Client Experience Manager to develop and evolve the client experience proposition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in end-of-life services (desirable).
  • FCA certification and advanced knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Strong customer service management skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office.
