Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting funeral home operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and experience.
- Coordinating funeral plan sales, memorialisation orders, and aftercare services.
- Supervising colleagues and inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Collaborating with the Area Client Experience Manager to develop and evolve the client experience proposition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in end-of-life services (desirable).
- FCA certification and advanced knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Strong customer service management skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office.
