About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Echocardiographer to join our team as a Cardiac Physiologist. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in Echocardiography.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs in Echocardiography, both practically and theoretically.
  • Work with the Head of Department, Echo Lead, and wider team to deliver the highest standard of training.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of comprehensive training programs.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical skills and knowledge in Echocardiography.
Requirements
  • BSc Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) or equivalent.
  • BSE accreditation or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in cardiac physiology, including extensive experience once qualified.
  • Ability to take sole responsibility for patient care and well-being while undertaking clinical duties.
  • Experience of delivering both practical and theoretical echo training.
Desirable
  • Proven management or significant managerial input into the running of a dedicated service area.
