Job Title: Cardiac Services Manager/Principal Cardiac Physiologist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team as a Cardiac Services Manager/Principal Cardiac Physiologist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our elective cardiology service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the Cardiology Service, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality patient care.
  2. Support the non-clinical staff in managing appointments, stock, and other administrative tasks.
  3. Collaborate with Consultants and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Participate in the provision of cardiac procedures in the outpatient setting.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist with a strong background in echocardiography.
  • Ability to manage capacity and demand, and deal with patient issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Competence in non-invasive investigations such as stress echo, treadmills, and pacemaker FU.
