About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Cardiology service, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of investigations and treatments for patients with cardiac conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct echocardiography procedures to diagnose and monitor cardiac conditions
  • Develop and implement new echo services, such as valve surveillance clinics and stress echo services
  • Train and mentor junior physiologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
  • Professional registration with the Academy of Healthcare Science (AHCS/RCCP)
  • BSE accreditation
