Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to lead our client\u2019s elective cardiology service. This role offers the chance to work in a newly refurbished cardiac cath lab equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, enabling the expansion of their services.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned cardiac physiologist with the ability to conduct and report their own outpatient echo clinics. Proficiency in other non-invasive investigations such as stress echo, treadmills, and pacemaker follow-ups (including ILR, CRT, ICD, and brady devices) is advantageous. Additionally, while not mandatory, experience supporting cath lab lists for elective angiography, PCI, and device implant/explant is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cardiology Service, including managing capacity and demand, and addressing patient issues
  • Support non-clinical staff in booking and arranging appointments, and managing stock
  • Handle consultant queries and support clinical team members
  • Participate in the provision of a full range of cardiac procedures in the outpatient setting
  • Echo accreditation is essential for this role
