**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Reading Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our current loyal client base and proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive and achieve sales targets by selling our exceptional art, including works by renowned artists such as Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp.
  • Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery and the business.
  • Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and promote our art.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.
  • Confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • Previous 1-2-1 sales experience and ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
