About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Consultant at our prestigious Reading Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and achieve sales targets through proactive sales strategies and effective communication with clients.
  • Support our current loyal client base and proactively build and nurture new customer relationships for the gallery.
  • Work closely with our team to understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Participate in gallery events and exhibitions to strengthen client relationships and promote our exceptional art pieces.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated and confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a luxury or high-end industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
