  • Follow up on quotes: You will follow up on quotes to encourage potential clients to make reservations, highlighting our unbeatable price and service promises.
  • Advise clients on terms and conditions: You will advise clients on the terms and conditions of their reservations, ensuring that all holiday elements are correctly explained, reserved, and charged.
  • Assist clients with pre- or post-cruise inquiries: You will assist clients with pre- or post-cruise inquiries by mastering our products, services, features, and pricing.
  • Travel on cruises: You will travel on cruises and visit ships to enhance product knowledge and improve sales performance.

Requirements:
