Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury cruise travel packages to high-end clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Sell luxury cruise travel packages to high-end clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling luxury cruise travel packages.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with luxury cruise travel products, including itineraries, pricing, and promotions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Administrative: Manage sales reports, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year of sales experience in the travel industry, preferably in luxury cruise sales.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission Structure: Earn up to 20% commission on sales.
