Job Title: Nights Guest Service Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and welcoming Guest Service Assistant to join our team at ibis Styles Barnsley. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to guests during their stay
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead colleagues on shift
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly
  • Perform various tasks such as running reports, serving alcohol, and maintaining hotel security

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing hotel position
  • Ability to work nights and flexible shifts
  • Confident computer skills and ability to use software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
