Job Title: Night Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at ibis Styles Barnsley. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in and out at Reception
  • Answer questions and provide support to guests during their stay
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead colleagues on shift
  • Run reports overnight and perform other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing hotel position
  • Ability to work nights and be responsible, reliable, and confident
  • Confidence using a computer and performing administrative tasks
