Psychology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Psychology Support Specialist to join our team. As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students in achieving their EHCP targets
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SEND and A-Typical Development
- Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, SaL needs, Physical Disabilities, and ADHD
- First Class Psychology Graduate with a strong academic record
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs
- Full training and opportunities for CPD
- Initial Short Term Contract lasting until July 2025, with potential for extension
