Psychology Graduate Learning Support Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Psihcology Graduate to take on a rewarding Learning Support role in a supportive cohort in the Borough of Barnet. This exciting opportunity involves supporting students with diverse needs, such as ASD, SEMH, SaL needs, Physical Disabilities, and ADHD, while contributing to a positive learning environment.
As a Psihcology Graduate, you will play a vital role in making sure students hit their EHCP targets, supporting children with the curriculum, and communicating effectively with staff and parents. Our team values continuous learning and provides full training and opportunities for CPD.
This position comes with a generous salary of up to £106.00/day, including holiday pay, paid weekly in arrears via PAYE. The initial contract duration is until July 2025, with possibilities for extension based on performance. We encourage applicants with a First Class degree in Psychology and experience supporting individuals with additional needs to apply.
