This exciting opportunity allows recent Psychology Graduates to gain valuable experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Psychology Graduate role involves working one-to-one and in small groups with children, tailoring support to meet their specific requirements. You will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted lessons that enhance learning outcomes. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEND and contributing to a close-knit community of teaching staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field from a Top 20 UK University. Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND needs, is also desirable. We offer a competitive salary of £420-£520 per week, paid via PAYE.
