About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to join our team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a key member of our Retail Branch Network department, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents and account managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales agents and account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries and issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels to ensure that they meet or exceed business expectations.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD products and services.
    • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing budgets, resources, and staff.
    • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills
    • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
    • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Operations and Administration Skills
    • Proven experience in operations and administration, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
    • Ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of a branch, including managing budgets, resources, and staff.
