We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth: Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, margin goals, and revenue objectives.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a first-class service experience for all customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and promotional targets, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the local areas and customer base is desirable, but not essential.
