About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Processing transactions and handling customer payments
  • Assisting with stock management and maintaining accurate inventory levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
