Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee the sales cycle process and provide weekly performance reports for the branch.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment landscape and competitive organizations, offering insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure the quality of candidates is consistently high, enhancing the recruitment process through effective advertising and interviewing.
- Provide training and support to the team, promoting best practices and a collaborative approach across all divisions.
- Update weekly divisional performance metrics and reports.
- Contribute to the growth and visibility of KPI Recruiting's online brand, supporting various social media initiatives.
- Encourage sales incentives within the branch.
- Manage branch expenditures and budgets.
- Foster a positive team environment, motivating staff to achieve targets and excel.
What We Are Looking For:
- Essential experience in recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive desired behaviors for success.
- Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
- Experience at a senior account management level or higher.
- National account management experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- A valid driving license is required.
