As a Regional Access Manager, you will lead and implement the regional access strategy with payer customers to achieve or improve access for Galderma's Dermatology portfolio, including a specific focus on the new Biologic. You will work in close collaboration with the commercial head office and commercial field-based teams to achieve success.
Purpose of the Job:
The Regional Access Manager is required to ensure appropriate and consistent patient access to Galderma medicines within the regional payer, including local ICSs and Trusts. You will achieve optimal positioning of Galderma medicines within local/regional commissioning guidelines through communicating a robust Payor Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient access to Galderma medicines within the regional payer.
- Achieve optimal positioning of Galderma medicines within local/regional commissioning guidelines.
- Enable optimisation of funding and patient throughput for service elements in Dermatology.
- Lead and implement the regional market access strategy for the new launch biologic in Dermatology.
- Map out and develop strong working relationships with local/regional NHS, ICS commissioning personnel.
- Support the timely inclusion of Galderma medicines onto local & regional formularies and clinical guidelines.
- Remove regional or local barriers to patient access.
- Develop a deep understanding of the regional (ICS) policy & payer environment.
- Scope out potential opportunities for Galderma within the changing NHS environment.
- Develop, articulate, and refine brand value propositions through approved Payer Tools and messaging.
- Develop and sustain highly effective working relationships between Galderma and external stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between national and regional/local plans.
