Job Title: Regional Access Manager

Job Description:

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Access Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our business forward.

Purpose of the Job:

The Regional Access Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing the regional access strategy for Galderma's dermatology portfolio, with a focus on biologics. This will involve working closely with payers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are accessible to patients who need them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional access strategies to ensure optimal positioning of Galderma's dermatology portfolio within local and regional commissioning guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products are accessible to patients who need them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between national and regional plans.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize funding and patient throughput for service elements in the therapeutic areas within which Galderma works.
  • Proactively seek to understand competitor activities, strategies, and programs and ensure that this competitive intelligence is shared broadly within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of market access experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience.
  • Proven delivery of successful outcomes with payers.
  • Experience working in the therapeutic areas of immunology and with established relationships within the local health economy.
  • Drive for self-development with a solution and action-oriented work ethic.
  • Proven clear, concise communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Proven key account and project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage complex projects.
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority, respond, and adapt to the needs and requirements of the business.
  • Good knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape, including national and local payers, providers, and healthcare funding flows and ability to turn knowledge into insights.
  • Proven experience of interacting with and shaping relationships directly with healthcare stakeholders, especially payers.
  • Experience working in a payer organization is desirable.
  • Knowledge of payer decision-making process and who are the key payer stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Fluent.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
  • ABPI qualified.
