Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Host. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to a high standard.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
