Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Flight Operations - Training division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs, working closely with the Pilot Training Planning Officer to administer all training courses.
  • Maintain compliance with training and certification expiries, updating records and initiating re-validations as needed.
  • Uphold the integrity of our training records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with our high standards.
  • Collaborate with key personnel to map out training schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee the success of our courses.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting Flight Simulation Training Device approvals and maintain these critical details within our systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the aviation sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems like Centrik.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with airline planning systems and the fast-paced world of aviation.
