We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Flight Operations - Training division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate training programs, working closely with the Pilot Training Planning Officer to administer all training courses.
- Maintain compliance with training and certification expiries, updating records and initiating re-validations as needed.
- Uphold the integrity of our training records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with our high standards.
- Collaborate with key personnel to map out training schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee the success of our courses.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting Flight Simulation Training Device approvals and maintain these critical details within our systems.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the aviation sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems like Centrik.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
- Ability to work comfortably in a team environment.
- Familiarity with airline planning systems and the fast-paced world of aviation.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
- The flexibility to work from home and the dynamic environment of different airports.
- Exposure to various aspects of the aviation industry, providing a runway for professional development.
