We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic programme for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
  • Coordinate group activities, including games, arts and crafts, and sports, to ensure a fun and engaging experience for the children.
  • Work closely with Group Leaders to ensure the well-being of the children under your care.
  • Assist with various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, and more.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has bags of energy and enthusiasm, and can demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.

You will need to possess a Level 2 qualification in Childcare and be aware of safeguarding children. Previous camp experience and paediatric first aid qualifications are desirable.
