We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Training Administrator to enhance our clients Flight Operations - Training division. This pivotal role is the backbone of our training programs, ensuring that everything from scheduling to compliance is managed with precision. If you have a talent for organisation and a passion for the aviation industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Training Programs: Work closely with the Pilot Training Planning Officer to administer all training courses, ensuring a seamless experience for instructors and trainees.
- Maintain Compliance: Keep a vigilant eye on training and certification expiries, updating records and initiating re-validations with impeccable timing.
- Record Keeping: Uphold the integrity of our training records, making sure they are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with our high standards.
- Collaborate and Plan: Join forces with key personnel to map out training schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee the success of our courses.
- Stay Updated: Monitor regulatory changes affecting Flight Simulation Training Device approvals and maintain these critical details within our systems.
- Tech-Savvy: Microsoft Office is your playground, and you're adept at learning new systems like Centrik.
- Industry Knowledgeable: You're familiar with airline planning systems and thrive in the fast-paced world of aviation.
