Training Administrator

Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for the aviation industry? We are seeking a talented Training Administrator to enhance our clients Flight Operations - Training division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programs, working closely with the Pilot Training Planning Officer to ensure a seamless experience for instructors and trainees.
  • Maintain compliance with training and certification expiries, updating records and initiating re-validations with impeccable timing.
  • Uphold the integrity of our training records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with our high standards.
  • Collaborate with key personnel to map out training schedules, allocate resources, and guarantee the success of our courses.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting Flight Simulation Training Device approvals and maintain these critical details within our systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and learn new systems like Centrik to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity with airline planning systems and the fast-paced world of aviation is essential.
