About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Leader to join our team at Fenwick. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and engaging our team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
  • Contribute to the development of our Manager Academy program
