We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising Director to join our team at Fear Less. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of those affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, and stalking.
In this role, you will lead on developing and implementing strategies to secure funding and partnerships that support Fear Less's mission.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams and developing effective partnerships with stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- A strong understanding of the charity sector and the challenges faced by Fear Less.
