About the Opportunity

Fear Less is seeking a Head of Revenue Development to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and sustainability for our organisation.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to secure funding and revenue streams that support Fear Less's mission.

The successful candidate will have excellent business development and fundraising skills, with experience of working in a similar role in a charity or not-for-profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to secure funding and revenue streams that support Fear Less's mission.
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to identify and secure new funding opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funding bodies, and partners.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in business development and fundraising, with experience of working in a similar role in a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of the charity sector and the challenges faced by Fear Less.
