Job Description:

  • To manage mechanical contracts and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • To ensure timely delivery of projects, adhere to budgets, and maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical contracting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
