We are currently seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established and reputable engineering firm in the UK building services industry. This prestigious organization is a highly respected provider of mechanical and electrical contracting services, with a rich history of delivering outstanding results in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of mechanical contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. They will manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of mechanical contracts from initiation to final handover
  • Management and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
  • Ensuring mechanical installations comply with industry standards and client specifications
  • Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Contracts Manager role within the mechanical engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
  • Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical contracts, particularly in the commercial or industrial sectors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
