Main Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of lifting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely completion of job-related paperwork to facilitate correct invoicing.
Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required. Relevant certifications and licenses will also be considered.
