Maintenance Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team at H.B. Fuller.
About the RoleAs a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing and managing maintenance work to ensure our plant equipment remains in optimal operating condition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and executing maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Planning and performing preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical assemblies, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
- Documenting maintenance repairs and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and company policies
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications and 5 years of industrial experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with PC skills in a Windows environment
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess:
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical plans and blueprints
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues
- Basic knowledge of maintenance work processes and procedures
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
