About the Role:

Raven Search is proud to partner with a well-established engineering firm in the UK building services industry to recruit a seasoned Mechanical Contracts Manager. As a key member of the client's team, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project delivery and upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role. They will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems and building services, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of mechanical contracts, from initiation to final handover
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
  • Ensuring mechanical installations meet industry standards and client specifications
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project budgets, schedules, and performance
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
