Located in Preston, Samlesbury, Warton, or Brough, this role offers a competitive salary of approximately £58,000.

Job Summary

As a Mechanical Engineering Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Innovating and delivering engineering processes, technology, people, and culture to drive business success.
  • Co-designing and delivering product development solutions with software vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Leading business change and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Liaising with international and UK partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and apply engineering judgement.
  • Proven experience in an Engineering Discipline role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience leading small teams and driving innovation.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle stages and development processes.
  • Familiarity with Flowmaster (Siemens) and Team Centre Unified software.
