Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate strategic plans and reports to senior leadership
  • Support leadership on strategic projects, focusing on areas of opportunity within the business
  • Conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and evaluate strategic, financial, and operational initiatives
  • Act as a thought leader on strategic issues, product-market fit, market attractiveness, and optimal reporting metrics
  • Lead single-segment or cross-segment strategic initiatives from inception to execution
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others and drive teams to project delivery
  • Ability to logically solve problems, especially those that are unfamiliar
  • Impressive project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver results across a matrixed organization
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Able to translate data into insights and develop recommendations that drive revenue
  • Experience in a consulting and/or corporate role, with a focus on strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
