We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the legal sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with product development
- Lead a team of sales executives and provide guidance on sales processes and tactics
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, news sources, and industry events
- Monitor and analyze trends in class action news and legal sector developments to identify potential opportunities
- Implement and manage key stage metrics to ensure team performance and efficiency
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a sales team
- A strong background in sales within the legal sector and in selling SAAS products
- Exposure to CRM tools and experience in setting performance goals and driving team performance
- Familiarity with the legal sector or SaaS industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
