We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Operations Manager to join our client's team in City Centre, Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality and maintain professional communications within agreed timescales.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing technical support and contributing to the success of our client's operations.

  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base articles to support the team and ensure the sustainability of the squad and chapter.

Requirements:

  1. Telecommunication industry background.
  2. Proficiency in incident and problem management, change management, and release & deployment management.
  3. Desire to continuously develop and master ITIL fundamentals and Agile methodologies.
