We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to contribute to the development of our haemoglobinopathy service.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care, supporting adults, children, and young people in accessing services and transitioning to adult care.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:£54,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
About the Role:- Collaborate with pain, haematology, and paediatric teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, working closely with patients and their families.
- Support adults, children, and young people in transitioning from adolescent to adult services.
