About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to cover maternity leave during a key period. As an integral part of our People Team, you will focus on maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and functionality of our office space, while assisting with various administrative tasks and facilitating HR initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a welcoming, clean, and well-organised office environment by overseeing supplies, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the logistics of moving into our new office space, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Take full ownership of office-related tasks such as room bookings, greeting visitors, managing deliveries, and maintaining an efficient front of house.
  • Collaborate with our Social and IDEA Committee to support social events, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Work with the Head of Risk and Compliance to manage health & safety monitoring.
  • Manage the office budget, prioritising spending based on business goals, monitor expenses, and create internal communications related to office administration and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a related role in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise requests efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders leveraging data.
  • A keen eye for design to ensure alignment with brand standards.
